Liv Swan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, with a minor in Sociology from The Pennsylvania State University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, where she was a member of the 62nd Volume of The Duquesne Law Review. Upon graduation, she was selected by her peers to serve as the student commencement speaker.

Prior to joining Pond Lehocky, Liv gained experience through a variety of legal internships where she developed a strong foundation in legal research and writing. Additionally, during law school, she participated in a demanding training program that strengthened her discipline, focus, and ability to perform in challenging situations.

Liv joined Pond Lehocky as an associate attorney in the spring of 2026. She is committed to advocating for the rights of injured workers when they need it most.

Outside of her legal work, Liv enjoys getting outside and being active. She has been skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, and strength training for most of her life.
