Jeremy Lucas

Jeremy Lucas serves as the Director of Operations at Pond Lehocky, where he leads the firm’s daily business functions and works to keep its teams running efficiently as the practice grows. His work spans process improvement, technology and systems, vendor and facilities management, financial reporting, and coordination across departments in support of the firm’s attorneys and staff.

Jeremy came to Pond Lehocky from PwC, where he worked in consulting for Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences clients. That background of translating complex problems into practical, measurable solutions shapes how he approaches the firm’s operations, with an emphasis on building systems that let people do their best work for clients.

Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Penn State Smeal College of Business. Originally from Pittsburgh, he now resides in Center City, Philadelphia.
