Pond Lehocky Celebrates 15 Years of Fighting for the Injured and Disabled

This July marks a major milestone for Pond Lehocky Giordano. Today marks 15 years of standing up and fighting for injured and disabled individuals across the country. What began in 2010 as a bold vision from three passionate attorneys has since grown into one of the largest and most respected workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, and personal injury firms in the United States.
The firm’s story started well before 2010, however. More than three decades ago, Sam Pond and Jerry Lehocky met as adversaries in the courtroom. That rivalry quickly evolved into mutual respect. Rather than continuing to lock horns, they joined forces at a prior law firm, where they began to change the landscape of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law in earnest. In short order, Tom Giordano joined them and took the lead in growing their Social Security disability practice.
A Shared Vision
In 2010, the three co-founders launched Pond Lehocky Giordano with a shared mission: to build a law firm where the client always comes first. From a single office in Center City Philadelphia and a team of just 22 staff members, the firm has grown significantly. Today, we have offices all across the country.
Our growth has never been just about numbers. It’s the impact that counts.
