Pond Lehocky Welcomes Our Newest Social Security Disability Attorney, Kevin Rafuse

We are delighted to welcome Kevin Rafuse as a Social Security Disability attorney here at Pond Lehocky Giordano.

Mr. Rafuse earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey in May 2025. While in law school, he served as Symposium Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review and participated in the Rutgers Law Expungement Clinic, where he helped eligible New Jersey residents clear their records and move forward with greater opportunity. He also clerked for a summer with the Honorable Thomas T. Booth, Jr., J.S.C. at the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.

Mr. Rafuse first joined Pond Lehocky Giordano as a law clerk in the summer of 2024, conducting legal research, drafting on-the-record requests to the Social Security Administration, and assisting our client services team. In October 2025, he returned to the firm as a full-time Social Security Disability attorney, where he now advocates for disabled individuals in their time of need.

Outside of the office, Mr. Rafuse enjoys watching Philadelphia sports, hiking, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and traveling.
