Steven Normington Joins Pond Lehocky as General Counsel and Head of Tax

Pond Lehocky is excited to welcome Steven Normington to our team. Mr. Normington will serve as general counsel and head of tax, and will provide guidance for the firm on legal and tax matters.

Mr. Normington graduated from Elon University with a degree in broadcast communications. He then attended Temple University, where he earned both an M.B.A. and a J.D. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.

Prior to joining Pond Lehocky, Mr. Normington advised clients on complex tax and legal matters in corporate, transactional, and regulatory contexts. He most recently served as a Senior Associate in KPMG’s Mergers and Acquisitions group, concentrating on state and local tax and assisting with buyer and seller due diligence for more than 200 transactions across sectors including energy, life sciences, manufacturing, private equity, and technology. Before that, Mr. Normington held the role of General Counsel for a multi-jurisdictional franchisor, where he managed a wide range of legal matters, including franchise compliance, contract negotiations, litigation, and enterprise risk management.
