Nicholas Feden is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. With nearly 15 years of experience in the field of disability benefits, he specializes in complex appellate issues at both administrative and federal court levels. Before joining Pond Lehocky Giordano as the Chair of the Long-Term Disability Department, Mr. Feden held several prominent positions in his legal career.

A graduate of Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, his prior experience includes serving as a Partner at a well-known Philadelphia law firm, founding and chairing an Administrative and Federal Disability Appellate Practice, and being a Supervising Attorney at a nationally recognized model of legal services programs.

Mr. Feden has consistently sought to lead the Disability Bar forward, evident from his role as a former chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Social Security Disability Committee. His proactive approach shone in 2018 when the Supreme Court of the United States decided a landmark case. Mr. Feden quickly discerned its potential impact on Social Security Disability litigation and took immediate action, benefiting numerous denied claimants.

In addition to managing an active case load, he is frequently invited to lecture at legal seminars and conferences, showcasing his expertise in disability benefits and appellate practice. He has delivered key CLE lectures on various topics, continuing to enrich both practitioners and the general public with his knowledge.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Feden achieved academic recognition in his undergraduate studies. He resides in Montgomery County, PA, and enjoys playing tennis, reading, traveling, volunteering, and cherishing moments with his family in his free time.
