Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Zach Agate started his own landscaping company at 14 years old—what began as a kid pushing a mower around his neighborhood grew into a lucrative small business servicing residential and commercial clients.
Zach obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he majored in Politics and Philosophy and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in school, he continued to own and operate his landscaping business and served as president of his fraternity.
He went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh and graduated Cum Laude. During law school, he clerked at a prominent Pittsburgh firm representing labor unions and injured persons in matters of personal injury and workers’ compensation.
Prior to joining Pond Lehocky Giordano, Zach worked at a firm strictly representing injured and disabled persons in matters of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security Disability.
In 2023, Zach joined Pond Lehocky, where he dedicates his entire practice to fighting for injured workers across Pennsylvania.
