In a move to help law firms in the United States transition to a successful work-from-home business model, Pond Lehocky’s managing partner Samuel H. Pond, Esq., is appearing on the world-wide distributed legal podcast, Liticast.
Pond will lend his voice and expertise on the Thursday, April 30, live broadcast at 1pm. He will join Litify leaders to discuss how to best transition to a fully remote business model. Pond will also discuss topics surrounding the firm’s practice areas: workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, employment law, and long- and short-term disability. The live unscripted broadcast will be streamed on Litify’s channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, and website.

The new virtual live series is in place of their popular in-person events, Litiquest and LitiquestX, which over the years have provided the opportunity to closely partner with other leaders in the industry to share knowledge. Pond is a former President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, he served for six years as treasurer of that organization’s Committee for a Better Tomorrow. He is also the chairman of the Pennsylvania Alliance. He has previously served in leadership roles for numerous organizations, including chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section and member of the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners.
