Brynn Lapszynski is an associate attorney at Pond Lehocky Disability where she focuses her practice exclusively on defending the rights of the disabled.
Ms. Lapszynski began her career at Pond Lehocky Disability working in the Firm’s headquarters in Philadelphia. In 2014, she moved to New York to establish the Firm’s New York office. Since that time, Ms. Lapszynski has represented disabled individuals in more than 1,000 hearings within the 5 boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, as well northern New Jersey.
Ms. Lapszynski was recently named to Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list for the NYC Metro Area. This list is an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 2.5 percent of attorneys in the New York Metro receive this distinction.
Ms. Lapszynski received her law degree from Widener University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Queens, New York. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and was recently granted admission to Federal Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
