Keld R. Wenge has been a litigator for Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano since June 2014, when he dedicated his practice solely to representing injured claimants in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters and federal longshoremen claims. Mr. Wenge is certified as a Workers’ Compensation Law Specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the federal Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is also a certified arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and a member of the Bar Leadership Council for Philadelphia’s Community Legal Services.
Prior to joining Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano, Mr. Wenge practiced at several trial firms, representing injured Pennsylvanians in state and federal matters, including construction site accidents, industrial accidents, OSHA violations, insurance bad faith, products liability, premises liability, workers’ compensation and Social Security disability. He has presented to the Temple University Legal Society’s law students on various occasions regarding the practice of law. With Managing Partner Samuel Pond, he co-authored the article, “A Subrogation Setback Provides a Framework for Lien Waivers,”published in The Legal Intelligencer. He has also appeared on the call-in television show Injured Workers of PA.
Mr. Wenge received his J.D. in 2007 from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America. He earned an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Maryland, College Park. While in law school, he was an editor for the Commlaw Conspectus – The Catholic University Journal of Communications Law and Technology Policy.
