Ruxandra M. Osgood

Ruxandra M. Osgood received her B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2011 and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2014. At Cornell, she was an All-Ivy athlete and captain of the women’s tennis team. She is fluent in Romanian.

While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Osgood held several internships. She worked as a law clerk for Comcast Corporation‘s labor relations team. There, she researched and drafted proposals for various employment issues. Ms. Osgood interned at a small employment law firm for three years where she represented discriminated workers. She was also a clerk for Judge Bill Maher in the Peekskill City Court where she reviewed briefs and depositions, and conducted researched.

Ms. Osgood has been devoted to representing workers’ rights since her undergraduate studies. She focuses her practice exclusively on workers’ compensation.
