Pond Lehocky Welcomes Attorney Mary Hains to Our Haddonfield Office

Pond Lehocky is proud to announce that workers’ compensation attorney Mary Hains has joined the firm. She will be based in our Haddonfield, New Jersey office, protecting the rights of injured workers. Hains comes to Pond Lehocky with a combination of valuable defense experience and a genuine passion for advocating on behalf of injured workers throughout New Jersey.

A 2021 graduate of Rutgers Law School, Newark, Hains is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Before joining Pond Lehocky, she represented employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters. That experience gave her a deep understanding of how claims are evaluated and defended, allowing her to craft tailored legal strategies and build stronger cases for the injured workers she now represents.

Hains’ commitment to her clients extends beyond the courtroom. Before becoming an attorney, she worked in the restaurant and retail industries, which gave her firsthand insight into the physical demands many workers face every day. She understands how a workplace injury can impact not only a person’s health, but also their financial security and family.

During law school, Hains advocated for survivors of domestic violence, and after graduation she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Philip J. Degnan, further strengthening her legal foundation.
