Pond Lehocky Giordano is celebrating Women’s History Month

March is Women’s History Month. To commemorate, Pond Lehocky Giordano will use its website and social media accounts to spotlight its female attorneys and executives, who will offer their perspectives on the challenges faced by women in the workplace and the importance of gender diversity for organizations.

Pond Lehocky has made it a mission to diversify the legal industry, not only to meet a moral obligation, but because it understands that inclusion is good for business. Getting diverse input and insights allows Pond Lehocky to better connect with its clients, who come from all walks of life, and helps the firm deliver innovative legal solutions to clients’ most pressing problems.

The firm acknowledges that there is still a long way to go in the fight for gender equality. However, it has made some progress as it now employs 21 female lawyers—47 percent of the attorneys working at the firm. In addition, more than 65 percent of the firm’s staff, a majority of its managers and three-fifths of its executive team are women.
