Pond Lehocky Giordano, the largest firm of its kind in the region, is currently seeking a Bilingual Client Services Referral Team Representative to join our highly successful team. This employee will be working remotely. This is a full-time position, so please be available to work your shift between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
Our Client Service Reps are the initial contact for new, existing, and past clients, and will gather information regarding their legal claims while simultaneously elucidating other potential cases. We will teach you the law, how to identify a viable case, and how to sell the client on the prospect of litigating. You will be dealing directly with many different types of lawsuits. 75% of the day will be spent on the phone, while simultaneously entering information into our Salesforce-based case management system. QUALIFICATIOS INCLUDE:
- Call Center experience is HIGHLY preferred
- Must be bilingual
- Must be open to coaching
- Live Chat experience is a plus but not required
- Friendly, enthusiastic, eloquent, articulate, and possess an upbeat and positive attitude
- Excellent and professional phone, communication, sales, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Reliable, dependable, and well-spoken
- Team player who is willing to fluctuate shifts if needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
- Able to type 50 WPM
- College degree (or current student) highly preferred
SALARY: $19 – $21 PER HOUR
