Zach Agate has always been a self-starter. At the age of 14, he started his own landscaping company back home in Pittsburgh, where he was born and raised. Zach would go on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of PIttsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in Politics in Philosophy. He continued to own and operate the same landscaping business he started in his early teens while pursuing his education and serving as president of his fraternity.
Continuing his education, he graduated cum laude from the School of Law at the University of Pittsburgh. During his time in law school, he represented labor unions and injured persons in matters of personal injury and workers’ compensation while clerking at a notable Pittsburgh firm.
Before joining Pond Lehocky Giordano, Zach worked at a law firm that solely represented injured and disabled persons in matters of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security Disability.
At our firm, Zach has dedicated his entire practice to fighting for injured workers across Pennsylvania.
