Pond Lehocky Giordano is proud to announce that attorney Nicholas Feden has returned to chair our Long-Term Disability Department.

Nicholas Feden adds almost 15 years of experience practicing law in the field of disability benefits to our team. He specializes in complex appellate issues at both the administrative and federal court levels.

After graduating from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, Mr. Feden served as a Partner at a well-known Philadelphia law firm. He would go on to serve as the Chair of the Social Security Administrative and Federal Appeals Department – of which he is a founding member – at Pond Lehocky Disability, LLC. He then pursued other opportunities as a Supervising Attorney at a nationally recognized model of legal services program and as the Chair of the Disability Department at another notable Philadelphia law firm.

Mr. Feden has consistently sought to lead the Disability Bar forward, particularly evident from his role as a former chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Social Security Disability Committee. In 2018, when the Supreme Court of the United States decided a landmark case, he took immediate action, benefitting numerous denied claimants and highlighting his proactive, impassioned approach to law.

Besides managing an active case load, Mr. Feden also frequently lectures at legal seminars and conferences that have invited him to showcase his expertise in disability benefits and appellate practice. He has delivered key CLE lectures on a wide range of topics, enriching both practitioners and the general public with his knowledge.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Feden achieved academic recognition in his undergraduate studies. He resides in Montgomery County, PA, and enjoys tennis, reading, traveling, volunteering, and cherishing moments with his family in his free time.

Welcome back to the Pond Lehocky Giordano team, Mr. Feden!
