A Tradition Rooted in Community
The 25 Days of Giving has become more than just a tradition; it is a cornerstone of our mission to make a meaningful impact beyond the courtroom. Each year, we strive to empower organizations that align with our principles and resonate deeply with the causes our team and clients hold dear. From local food banks to national advocacy groups and global humanitarian efforts, this initiative reflects the breadth of our commitment to improving lives.
Our work as a law firm centers on helping individuals through challenging times—whether they are seeking workers’ compensation, social security disability benefits, personal injury representation, or any other kind of legal assistance. Similarly, through the 25 Days of Giving, we aim to bring hope and support to people and communities in need, amplifying the values that define our firm.
Aligning Our Values with Action
Our 25 Days of Giving is a direct extension of the four guiding values that shape Pond Lehocky Giordano’s identity and work.
Client
At Pond Lehocky Giordano, our mantra is simple: “Do right by the client, and everything else will take care of itself.” This sense of duty extends to our broader community. Just as we fight tirelessly for the rights of our clients, we are equally passionate about supporting charities that advocate for causes like healthcare access, disability support, and worker rights. By choosing organizations that align with these missions, we honor the trust our clients place in us while extending our reach to help others in need.
Community
We believe that a thriving community is the backbone of a better society. Through our 25 Days of Giving, we contribute to building stronger communities locally, nationally, and globally. By partnering with charities that address critical issues—such as poverty, homelessness, education, and healthcare—we actively work to improve the world around us. Each donation represents our commitment to making a tangible difference, whether by funding resources, supporting initiatives, or simply spreading awareness.
Culture
Our culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion drives our work both inside and outside the firm. The charities we support during the 25 Days of Giving reflect this ethos, celebrating causes that embrace inclusivity, creativity, and innovation. By encouraging input from our team, clients, and referral partners, we ensure that this initiative represents the collective spirit of Pond Lehocky Giordano. Together, we work to bring fresh perspectives and passionate energy to every endeavor, whether it’s advocating for a client or giving back to our community.
Consistency
Excellence is at the heart of everything we do, and the 25 Days of Giving is no exception. Just as we deliver the highest level of professionalism and care in our legal representation, we approach our charitable efforts with the same dedication. Each organization we support is carefully chosen for its impact and alignment with our values, ensuring that every dollar donated contributes to meaningful, lasting change. Consistency in our efforts reinforces our pledge to improve lives, both in our professional practice and our philanthropic work.
Join Us in Making a Difference
The success of the 25 Days of Giving wouldn’t be possible without the involvement of our incredible team, clients, and referral partners. We are grateful for the opportunity to share this journey with those who inspire us every day. As we look to the future, we invite you to join us in making a difference.
