Pond Lehocky Welcomes Attorney Brian F. Dunstone

Pond Lehocky is pleased to announce the addition of another stellar workers’ compensation attorney to our Harrisburg office. Brian F. Dunstone brings more than a decade of workers’ comp litigation experience to our team, further strengthening our commitment to exceptional representation for injured workers.

Dunstone earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton in 2011, and received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law in 2015. After law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert A. Mazzoni in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas, where he gained valuable insight into the judicial process.

Prior to joining Pond Lehocky, Dunstone spent more than ten years representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters across Pennsylvania. That experience gave him a unique understanding of how claims are evaluated and defended, allowing him to advocate strategically for injured workers. He was recognized for his professional excellence by being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2023 through 2025.

Brian is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He will serve clients from Pond Lehocky’s Harrisburg office, helping individuals navigate the workers’ compensation system with skill, compassion, and dedication.
