Pond Lehocky Welcomes Attorney Nicola F. Serianni

We are proud to welcome attorney Nicola F. Serianni to our pre-litigation team in Philadelphia.

She is a graduate of Widener University’s Delaware Law School, receiving her Juris Doctor there in 2006. She earned her B.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.

Ms. Serianni focuses her practice on personal injury. Since 2009, she has represented a wide variety of clients, including hundreds of people, companies, and organizations in state and federal products liability, casualty, and mass tort matters. Before joining Pond Lehocky, she worked on products liability cases, where she handled class action and complex litigation against Juul, Zantac, PFAS/PFOS water contamination, Xarelto, Deepwater Horizon/British Petroleum Oil Spill, Chinese Drywall Manufacturing, and more. She also represented individuals in Catholic priest abuse cases. Before her time working in private practice, she clerked for Judges Richard B. Klein and Anne E. Lazarus in the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

Ms. Serianni is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is barred in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In addition to her deep experience in personal injury cases, Ms. Serianni brings a multicultural perspective to her work. As a first-generation American, with parents from Jamaica and Scotland, she appreciates the unique experiences of her clients, and is eager to assist in telling their stories.
