Pond Lehocky attorney Frank Ciprero will appear as a special guest on the June 1 episode of the Who’s Who in PhillyLabor radio show on WWDB-AM Talk 860. Ciprero will be joined by host Joe Dougherty Jr. for a conversation about his career, workers’ compensation, and how the firm is helping frontline workers during the pandemic.
Listeners can tune in live at 12pm on WWBD 860AM or online at wwdbam.com. The program will run for a full hour.
The show is part of “The Lawyers of Pond Lehocky” series, highlighting the attorneys from the 2019 Who’s Who in Injury and Injured Workers Advocacy Program Firm of the Year. In conjunction with the award, PhillyLabor is presenting a series spotlighting Pond Lehocky’s attorneys on its radio program. The program will be doing a show every first Monday of the month featuring another lawyer from the firm.
Ciprero graduated from Dickinson College in 1995 with a B.A. in Anthropology. In 1998, he earned a law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. He served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Division. He then became a Senior Associate with a mid-sized defense firm handling Workers’ Compensation and general liability defense litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In June 2010, he joined Pond Lehocky, where he continues to focus his practice on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law and protecting the rights of injured workers as a Senior Associate.
Ciprero has been admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He now specializes exclusively in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law and is certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is very active in the community as a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He has been a guest lecturer at Villanova University School of Law in the area of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law.
PhillyLabor named Pond Lehocky its Who’s Who in Injury and Injured Workers Advocacy Program Firm of the Year last August, recognizing the firm’s “exemplary representation of injured workers and disabled citizens” from across the Philadelphia area.
PhillyLabor is an independent pro-labor media platform and service provider. The organization, through its Injured Workers Advocacy Program 501(c)(3), advocates for injured workers throughout the Philadelphia-area union community. Pond Lehocky was selected for the award by the organization’s Who’s Who in Injury and Injured Workers Advocacy committee.
The committee annually recognizes top legal professionals in the Philadelphia area who have dedicated their careers to representing and advocating for injured victims and injured workers. The Law Firm of the Year award is the highest honor bestowed to members of the legal community by the committee.
