He explained that under the Workers’ Compensation Act, the amount someone receives for the loss of a certain body part – a hand for example – may vary. Andrew explores the question of whether or not the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act discriminates against lower wage earners with respect to specific loss benefits.
