Associate andVeteran Nicholas Liermann Keynote Speaker at Armed Forces Recognition Program

Associate Nick Liermann was invited to be a keynote speaker at Rancocas Valley Regional High School’s (RVRHS) recent Armed Forces Recognition Program. The ceremony honored graduating seniors who have elected to enlist in the military. From the class of 2017, 16 students will join the Navy, Marines, Army, and Airforce.

“These students are the best of us: young, energetic, and eager to serve our nation. Welcome to the family, gentlemen,” said Nick.

Nick has strong ties with the United States military. In the early 2000s, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army as part of a Patriot Missile Battalion and was responsible for the training and welfare of over 30 soldiers. Since 2012 he has been serving as a reservist in the Army Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG), where he represents soldiers in legal matters ranging from estate planning and contract disputes to disciplinary and criminal actions.

RVRHS boasts a strong culture of military support, including a Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program that includes over 200 students, the RVRHS Veterans War Memorial Foundation Scholarship Fund, their annual “Devil Dash,” whose proceeds benefit the Pat Tillman Foundation, and other events throughout the year aimed at supporting members of the armed forces.
