Associate Casey Schweppenheiser Invited to Serve on Bench Bar Committee

Associate Casey J. Schweppenheiser of Pond Lehocky Stern
Giordano attended the first meeting of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s
Inaugural Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Committee. Schweppenheiser was invited
to serve on the committee, which consists of workers’ compensation judges,
defense attorneys and claimants’ attorneys from across the state. The
committee’s aim is come up with strategies to improve the practice of Workers’
Compensation law in Pennsylvania.
