Attorney Kajal Alemo Joins The Legal Intelligencer’s 2016 Women in the Profession Roundtable

Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano Associate Kajal Alemo was invited to participate in the 2016 Women in the Profession Roundtable discussion, organized by The Legal Intelligencer.  Kajal, along with nine other attorneys, discussed the issues women face in the legal profession today and proposed solutions. Participants analyzed challenges such as work-life balance, equal pay, and the lack of positive change and opportunities for women.

Kajal spoke about the ways that technology has changed the concept of work-life balance, and how women can use creativity to pursue career opportunities and differentiate themselves from their peers.

“One thing I work on all the time is figuring out how to lead my team differently,” she said. “I think that it’s just very important if you want to stand out, as a [man] or a woman, to be creative.”
