As you celebrate our nation’s 243rd birthday with friends and family this holiday weekend, it’s a good time to reflect on what it means to be an American and be thankful for those who have made it possible for us to live in the land of the free.
While hitting the beach, grilling in your backyard or enjoying the fireworks, please take a moment to honor America’s founders and the system they created that protects our rights and ensures justice.
“America is a beacon, a place for everyone to have an opportunity to live the American dream and add to the fabric of this great democracy, whatever you can contribute and wherever you come from,” Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano Managing Partner Sam Pond said.
Please also remember to thank the dedicated men and women who have served in the armed services, risking their lives to ensure our safety and liberty.
“The Rule of Law, genuine freedom, we wouldn’t have any of it without the service men and woman defending our country,” Sam said.
Below are the stories of two of those men who have served our country and how Pond Lehocky has helped them get the help they need. Keep them in mind this 4th of July.
