Our firm is monitoring COVID-19

Our firm is monitoring COVID-19 developments and its impact on the health and safety of our clients, staff and referral partners. In staying proactive during this pandemic, our firm has formed a task force that meets daily to assess COVID-19 information and continuously reviews and updates our contingency plans as the situation unfolds.

All our offices across the nation are currently open. Should the COVID-19 pandemic cause office closures in any of our locations, our firm has emergency protocols in place and will communicate any necessary changes.

Our attorneys have the capabilities to work remotely and can continue providing clients with experienced legal care. Our task force is watching for any court or government closures and its effects on our clients’ cases.

We will bring updates on COVID-19 and its impacts on Pond Lehocky‘s operations on our website. Our attorney teams can be reach at 800-568-7500.

If you’re placed under quarantine or in isolation for an extended period, you may be protected by two primary federal laws: the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA) and/or the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).

We have attorneys who can review your specific circumstances and give you a professional opinion. If you have medical conditions and cannot work, we’re here to help. Speak with our intake specialists to learn more.
