Partner Jerry Lehocky speaks at Judge Dougherty’s inauguration ceremony

Partner Jerry Lehocky was invited to be a guest speaker at Judge Kevin Dougherty’s swearing in ceremony for the PA Supreme Court at the Constitution Center. Jerry welcomed Judge Dougherty to the court in front of a crowd of judicial and labor leaders including Mayor Jim Kenney, former Governor Ed Rendell, Senator Bob Casey and the current PA Supreme Court Justices.

Judge Dougherty joins the two other newly elected justices, Christine Donohue and David Wecht, to round out the PA Supreme Court. Prior to the Supreme Court, Judge Dougherty was administrative judge of the trial division of the Court of Common Pleas of the First Judicial District (FJD). He was also the administrative judge for the FJD’s family division, and prior to that, he was the supervising judge of the juvenile branch from 2003-2005.
