Pond Lehocky Associates Elected to Disciplinary Board of Pennsylvania Supreme Court

Associates Maureen “Morty” Cassidy, Christopher Fox, and Nicholas Liermann have all recently been appointed as Committee Members of the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Their terms will be commencing this year.
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is the highest court in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the oldest court in the United States. The Disciplinary Board was established in 1972 to regulate attorney conduct, protect the public, maintain legal profession, and safeguard the reputation of the courts.
An invitation to become a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is extended to only a few seasoned litigation attorneys who have displayed the highest standards of ethics and integrity in their professional careers.
