Pond Lehocky Giordano turns 9 this month!

Starting out with just six attorneysPond Lehocky and Giordano made a promise to each other– they would help ALL workers get the holistic care they deserve.

Just one successful year later, the law firm expanded, taking over the entire building floor in Philadelphia. A move that made our firm proud and empowered our attorneys. In 2013, the firm opened its door in Scranton, allowing more clients in Northeast Pennsylvania to get legal care. One year later, Sam Pond received one of Pennsylvania’s largest workers’ compensation settlements on record and our firm was recognized as a top three law firm for attorney diversity in Philly.

Pond Lehocky expanded nationwide, including California, New Jersey, New York, and shortly after, a national referral network. Our partnership with the Eagles became official in 2017, the year the birds won the world championship.  Due to success and growth, in 2018, we added Long-Term Disability and Employment Law departments.

This year, we have more than 250 employees, continue our expansion, and have been named a 2019 Top Workplace by the Philadelphia Inquirer.

We’re grateful for nine years and will keep fighting for our clients today and always.
