Pond Lehocky Giordano has been named one of the 2018 Best Places to Work by The Philadelphia Business Journal. The Firm has won the Best Places to Work award five times, including in last year’s 2017 edition. Each year, The Philadelphia Business Journal awards companies that have displayed outstanding workplace culture based on feedback from their employees.
To find the best workplaces in the area, The Business Journal and Quantum Workplace teamed up to send out full-blown employee engagement surveys to company employees, and the survey data is used as the sole scoring mechanism. The survey is completely confidential, which means that the companies that win are truly making their employees happy. Quantum takes the scientific process very seriously. “Our survey was developed by some of the most brilliant minds in survey research methodology and organizational psychology, and we update it regularly to make sure it stays relevant.”
Pond Lehocky’s Human Resources Manager Amber Adams is a long-time employee of the Firm and says this is an outstanding achievement. “We received this award due to our awesome employees. According to Philadelphia Business Journal, “For 2018, we had a record number of applications for Best Places to Work and every company included here had to reach a statistical benchmark to be included. It’s not an easy benchmark to meet.”
