Pond Lehocky shows positive growth in diversity

In a recent survey conducted by The Legal Intelligencer, Pond Lehocky was one of few firms that demonstrated positive growth in terms of diversity. The firm has an equal number of male to female attorneys, and has added three more minority attorneys this year.

Managing Partner Sam Pond said that the firm is always looking for the most qualified candidates and takes diversity into account when hiring.

“We have a very diverse client base, and consequently we want … staff that come from diverse backgrounds,” Pond said.
