Pond Lehocky Managing Partner Sam Pond featured guest at Drexel’s Leading for Change Fellowship luncheon

Managing Partner Sam Pond was a guest speaker at Drexel University’s Leading for Change Fellowship luncheon on Thursday, April 21, 2016. Sam was also joined by Pond Lehocky’s Chief Strategy Officer Shawn Lehocky and Chief Financial Officer Bryan Reilly. The group spoke about the importance of negotiation in business, including what mistakes to avoid and the importance of emotional intelligence.
Sam is an advisory board member for Drexel’s Institute for Strategic Leadership. As a member of the board, Sam helps fulfill the organization’s mission to inform, inspire and influence leaders who are transforming the world of business. Sam has remained an active alumnus since graduating from Drexel with his finance degree in 1981. Shawn and Bryan are both MBA candidates at Drexel’s LeBow College of Business.
The Leading for Change Fellowship Program is a learning experience for Philadelphia executives in the public sector. The program is designed to increase participants’ business skills and leadership capabilities by exposing them to relevant business and leadership concepts and techniques.
