Sam Pond featured on leadership radio show

Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano Managing Partner Samuel Pond appeared on the Oct. 8 episode of Executive Leaders Radio, a nationally broadcast program in which business leaders discuss what it takes to succeed.

Sam told listeners that the key to success is having a passion for what you do. He said his passion comes from having the “opportunity, pleasure and honor” to represent the people he grew up with, who place their trust in him to get results. If you believe in what you are doing, “the money will take care of itself,” he said.

Executive Leaders Radio features interviews with business executives and other leaders focusing on “what makes people tick.” The conversations are informal, focusing on the human aspect behind prominent leaders. Conversations usually touch on guests’ backgrounds, experiences and influences. They also can address challenges, sacrifices and opportunities faced by the guests.

The radio program is broadcast on more than 125 terrestrial and internet radio stations nationwide. It airs locally from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays on WCHE 1520AM, in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The program also airs nationally on Radio America on Sundays from 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.

In conjunction with his appearance, Sam was also featured on Executive Leaders Television, an online video series. Visit here to view his episode.
