Anthony Cirelli

Anthony Cirelli serves as Director of Facilities and Referral Account Manager at Pond Lehocky, where he supports both the firm’s operational infrastructure and its network of referral relationships. In his facilities role, he oversees the firm’s offices, vendor relationships, building services, and workplace operations, helping ensure that Pond Lehocky’s physical footprint supports the needs of its attorneys, staff, and continued growth. As a Referral Account Manager, he works with the firm’s referral partners to strengthen relationships, coordinate opportunities, and support the effective management of cases referred to trusted firms and attorneys.

Prior to joining Pond Lehocky, Anthony built his career in real estate, property management, and operations, most recently leading operations for a diverse real estate portfolio in the Philadelphia region. His experience includes managing day-to-day operations, facilities and maintenance, vendor relationships, leasing, budgeting, compliance, process improvement, and third-party management relationships. That combination of operational and relationship-management experience shapes his approach at Pond Lehocky, with a focus on organization, responsiveness, and building strong relationships both inside and outside the firm.

Anthony graduated from Drexel University in 2019, where he studied Operations Management with a minor in Real Estate Management and Development. His background in both disciplines provides a foundation for his dual role at Pond Lehocky, combining operational oversight with relationship management as the firm continues to grow.
