Zachary Troast

Troast spent seven years leading the firm’s help desk as an IT Support Specialist, managing hardware across the firm and serving as the first point of contact for every attorney and staff member. That work gave him a ground-level understanding of how the firm actually operates—insight he now applies as director. He builds the standard operating procedures that make the workday smoother and more efficient for the people using them, so the team can deliver faster, better service to clients. He also plays an integral role in strengthening the firm’s security posture and supporting its national growth, having led the technology buildout for over eight office openings across the country, including locations in Washington, New Mexico, California, and Pennsylvania, with more on the way.
