Aryna Anderson

Aryna Anderson is an associate attorney at Pond Lehocky with experience in civil litigation, workers’ compensation, administrative enforcement, government litigation, and personal injury. She is passionate about helping clients navigate challenging legal matters and is committed to providing thoughtful guidance, responsive communication, and strong advocacy throughout every stage of a case. She is admitted to practice in Washington and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Anderson began her legal career with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General, where she represented state agencies in a variety of litigation and administrative matters. She served as an Assistant Attorney General for nearly 14 years. In the Labor & Industries Division, she represented the Department of Labor & Industries in workers’ compensation litigation and civil enforcement matters, including WISHA and WPA violations. She appeared before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, Office of Administrative Hearings, Superior Courts, and the Washington Court of Appeals. She also represented the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board and the Horse Racing Commission in contested enforcement actions and appeals, advising agency clients on compliance, enforcement, and litigation strategy.

Before joining Pond Lehocky, Anderson practiced at a personal injury firm, where she managed a variety of challenging cases through all phases of pre-litigation and litigation. Her personal injury experience includes motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and dog bite claims. She also has experience in family law litigation.

Anderson takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, goals, and concerns. She works diligently to pursue the best possible outcome, whether through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, or litigation.

Outside of her practice, Anderson lives on the Kitsap Peninsula with her spouse, two children, two cats, and a dog. She enjoys reading, camping, and cooking. She speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
