Ashleigh Quinn Gallagher attended Pennsylvania State University where she graduated with Distinction in the top 10% of her graduating class. She went on to obtain her law degree from Villanova University School of Law. During law school, Ashleigh was the secretary of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, a member of the Labor and Employment Law Society, and attended the National Law Students’ Worker’s Rights Conference in 2010.
Before joining Pond Lehocky, Ashleigh gained experience as a legal intern with the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 19 through the Peggy Browning Fellowship Program. She focused on counseling members about a variety of legal issues and participated in collective bargaining negotiations. Ashleigh held a legal externship for the Honorable Phyllis R. Streitel, in the Court of Common Pleas in Chester County, PA.
In February of 2012, Ashleigh joined Pond Lehocky, where she is the Senior Associate in the workers’ compensation and Social Security departments. Ashleigh focuses her practice on workers’ compensation, Social Security disability and long-term disability law. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the Unites States District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was born and raised in a Union family. Her father was a union representative with the Communication Workers of America for twenty years. Ashleigh now devotes her time to aiding injured workers.
