His practice focuses on workers’ compensation claims, Social Security Disability cases, longshore claims, and advocating for injured Federal employees under the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA). Daren earned his reputation by representing injured workers in Louisiana, where he became known for his strategic approach and client-focused advocacy. He is committed to proactive communication, ensuring his clients stay informed and supported throughout their cases.
Daren began his legal career defending businesses and insurance companies, gaining valuable insight into the tactics used by insurers. His early work included environmental cleanup cases, forming LLCs, and securing tax-exempt status for nonprofits. These experiences helped him develop a well-rounded legal foundation. After realizing his passion for helping individuals, Daren shifted his focus to representing injured workers. For over 15 years, he has achieved significant victories in Louisiana’s State Courts of Appeal and the Louisiana Supreme Court. His advocacy extends to longshore claims, Social Security Disability cases, and high-profile cases such as a railroad accident that impacted numerous families.
When not practicing law, Daren enjoys time with his family and contributing to his community.
