Sydney Shorr is an attorney at Pond Lehocky focusing on workers’ compensation law.

Before joining Pond Lehocky, Ms. Shorr was an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. During her time there, she conducted felony trials, advocating on behalf of victims and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Her tenure as a prosecutor provided her with substantial litigation, analytical, and advocacy experience, which she now uses to fight for clients who have been harmed.

Ms. Shorr graduated summa cum laude from Temple University in 2021 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. She then attended Rutgers Law School—Camden, where she graduated in 2024. While in law school, she served as a legal intern at a mid-sized defense litigation firm. She also participated in the Rutgers Law School Prisoner Re-Entry and Child Support Clinic.

Ms. Shorr grew up in Montgomery, County, Pennsylvania, which has reinforced her commitment to serving Pennsylvanians. In her free time, she enjoys going to yoga classes, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
