Taylor Trusky serves as the head of Pond Lehocky’s Washington office, where she oversees legal strategy and client advocacy for injured workers throughout the region. Since joining the firm in 2022, Ms. Trusky has distinguished herself through her litigation skills, strategic insight, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients. Her comprehensive litigation experience has brought her in front of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. She began her tenure as a law clerk, supporting complex settlement negotiations, conducting extensive legal research, and assisting attorneys with case development before advancing to Associate Attorney in 2023.
She earned her B.A. in Strategic Communications, magna cum laude, and a Certificate in Sports Marketing from Temple University (PA). During her time at Temple, Ms. Trusky played on the NCAA Division I women’s soccer team. She then pursued a career in sports marketing before earning her law degree from the Drexel University Kline School of Law, where she was a Rising Advocate Scholarship recipient.
While attending law school, Ms. Trusky competed as a member of the Kline School of Law’s Negotiation Team. She was Regional Champion of the 2021-2022 American Bar Association Negotiation Competition and a Regional Finalist her 3L year. She served as President of her law school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and was an Associate Editor of Drexel Law Review. She earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her excellent achievement in the studies of Legal Writing/Research and Trial Advocacy. She interned for The Honorable Robert B. Kugler in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and was a Summer Associate for a Philadelphia law firm specializing in defense litigation.
