Pond Lehocky Welcomes Mark Leonetti as Managing Partner of NJ Auto and Workers’ Compensation

Pond Lehocky is proud to welcome Mark Leonetti as Managing Partner of New Jersey Auto and Workers’ Compensation. With more than three decades of legal experience, he represents injured workers, accident victims, and families throughout New Jersey. He will practice out of our Haddonfield, New Jersey office.

Leonetti’s family history is rooted in South Jersey. He grew up in Glendora, where his father was a respected small general contractor. From the time he was 12 through his teen years, he worked construction jobs alongside his brothers, gaining firsthand experience with the physical demands and risks faced by laborers.

After earning his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1989 and his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1992, Leonetti began his career at an insurance defense firm, where he spent seven years trying personal injury cases for a major automobile insurer. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims.

However, the experience weighed on his sense of fairness and justice. Driven by a commitment to help working people, Leonetti transitioned to representing injured people and their families. Since then, he has helped thousands of clients pursue workers’ compensation and personal injury claims, securing substantial settlements and benefits for workplace injuries, automobile accidents, premises liability matters, and wrongful death cases.

Leonetti is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, several federal courts, the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has also been recognized by Super Lawyers for his professional achievement and peer recognition.
