Pond Lehocky founding partner Tom Giordano to host a live Q&A about Social Security benefits

Pond Lehocky’s founding partner, Tom Giordano, will host a Facebook live Q&A as part of the firms ongoing broadcasts during the pandemic. Viewers are encouraged to ask questions regarding disability and Social Security benefits, the pending Heroes Act Bill, telemedicine treatment, and any other legal matter. Questions will be answered in real time.

Giordano has dedicated his career to assisting disabled Americans. He leads Pond Lehocky Disability, the firm’s nationwide Social Security and disability insurance arm. The department has represented tens of thousands of disabled individuals in all 50 states.

He has also previously served on the board of directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania. A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, Giordano currently serves as the chair of the Social Security Disability Committee of the American Association for Justice and as the co-chair of the Social Security Disability section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
