Pond Lehocky Welcomes Workers’ Compensation Attorney Aryna Anderson

Pond Lehocky is proud to welcome Aryna Anderson to the firm as an associate attorney serving injured workers and individuals throughout Washington state.

Anderson brings a wealth of experience to her practice, with a background in workers’ compensation, civil litigation, government enforcement, and personal injury law. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and holds a B.A. with Honors from Odessa University of Economics in Ukraine. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Before joining Pond Lehocky, Anderson served for nearly 14 years as an Assistant Attorney General with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General, where she represented state agencies in complex litigation and administrative matters. Her extensive experience includes workers’ compensation litigation involving the Department of Labor & Industries, appearances before administrative boards and appellate courts, and advising agencies on enforcement and compliance matters.

She also has experience representing clients in personal injury and family law matters, handling cases through every stage of litigation. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, she is dedicated to providing compassionate guidance, clear communication, and strong advocacy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
