Pond Lehocky’s Sam Pond to appear on COVID-19 workers’ rights talk radio episode  

Pond Lehocky Managing Partner Samuel H. Pond will appear via telephone as a special guest on WPHT Talk Radio 1210 AM this Saturday, March 28 at 7PM. The live episode can be streamed here: www.radio.com/wpht. 

The program will be hosted by Joe Dougherty Jr. and co-hosted by Joe Kraus. Pond will join hosts to discuss the global pandemic and how it relates to workers’ rights. This discussion will include workers’ compensation, employment law, social security disability, and short- and long-term disability 

Pond is a founding and managing partner of Pond Lehocky, the largest workers’ compensation and disability law firm in Pennsylvania. A former President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, he served for six years as treasurer of that organization’s Committee for a Better Tomorrow. He is also the chairman of the Pennsylvania Alliance. He has previously served in leadership roles for numerous organizations, including chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section and member of the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners.
