Taylor Trusky Hired as Full-Time Associate Attorney

The team at Pond Lehocky Giordano is proud to announce that as of September 2023, Taylor Trusky has joined our firm as a full-time Associate Attorney.

Ms. Trusky earned her B.A. in Strategic Communications, magna cum laude, and a Certificate in Sports Marketing from Temple University (PA). During her time at Temple, Ms. Trusky played on the NCAA Division I women’s soccer team. She then pursued a career in sports marketing before earning her law degree from the Drexel University Kline School of Law, where she was a Rising Advocate Scholarship recipient.

While attending law school, Ms. Trusky competed as a member of the Kline School of Law’s Negotiation Team. She was Regional Champion of the 2021-2022 American Bar Association Negotiation Competition and a Regional Finalist her 3L year. She served as President of her law school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and was an Associate Editor of Drexel Law Review. She earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her excellent achievement in the studies of Legal Writing/Research and Trial Advocacy. She interned for The Honorable Robert B. Kugler in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and was a Summer Associate for a Philadelphia law firm specializing in defense litigation.

Ms. Trusky first joined Pond Lehocky Giordano as a law clerk in the spring of 2022. As a law clerk, she prepared demand strategies in advance of settlement negotiations, conducted legal research, and assisted the client services team. Upon passing the bar, she was hired as a full-time Associate Attorney so that she can continue to protect the rights of injured workers.
