Eric J. Stark is an associate attorney at Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano where he concentrates his practice on advocating for injured workers. He covers the Central Pennsylvania region for the firm.

Prior to joining Pond Lehocky, Mr. Stark was partner at a large a defense firm in Harrisburg, representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and employment law matters. He has litigated workers’ compensation matters from the initial claim stage all the way through the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

His extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law and how employers and insurers handle claims has made him uniquely qualified to now focus on protecting workers’ rights.

Mr. Stark has been a regular instructor at the Carlisle Army Barracks’ Boots to Business program.  He has also spoken many times for the First Step Entrepreneur program through the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Kutztown University.

Mr. Stark is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

He serves on the Board of Directors for Cornerstone Youth Center in Elizabethtown, where he is also active in the community as a youth baseball coach.  He has also served as a volunteer men’s basketball announcer for D3hoops.com, having served as the play-by-play announcer for the 2002 Division III Men’s basketball Final Four.

Mr. Stark received his B.A., cum laude, from Elizabethtown College in 2002 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2005, where he was a member of Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society.
