A Philadelphia Firm Expanding Nationally

Pond Lehocky was born in Philadelphia. In July 2010, five Pennsylvania workers’ compensation attorneys and one Social Security disability attorney opened our doors with a single goal: to give injured and disabled people fierce, client-first advocacy.

Our founding partners, Sam Pond and Jerry Lehocky, had spent over 30 years as adversaries in Pennsylvania’s workers’ compensation system before mutual respect and a shared sense of mission brought them together, along with Tom Giordano, to build something bigger: a law firm dedicated entirely to protecting working people.

That first office sat in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia. From there, we grew steadily across the Commonwealth, opening offices in Pittsburgh (Wexford), Lancaster, Harrisburg, Scranton, Bethlehem, Trevose, Altoona, and a second Philadelphia location dedicated to Social Security disability claims. As our reputation for results grew, so did our footprint. We expanded into New Jersey, then Alabama, Mississippi, Washington State, California, and Puerto Rico, bringing our same client-first approach to injured and disabled people far beyond Pennsylvania’s borders.
